so just a thought... so uchiha and senju came from rikodusennin. i wonder if the uchiha's requirement to take the brother's eyes for EMS came from that...

don't know about that one but I do know the inspiration for Kishi putting in EMS in the first place. from actual japanese myth, Amaterasu hid in a cave because Susanoo or Tsukuyomi were giving her trouble. She hid there for a long time making the world dark. The other gods tricked her into coming out by having one of them make jokes, and she peaked out and she saw a reflection of herself because they showed her a mirror, and she was in awe at her beauty, and came out again and there was light again, just how Izuna's eyes found a new light in Madara.
