Here is just a little list that I made of where naruto and sasuke will or may improve or gain before the end of the series.

Sasuke:
Madara level fire jutsu
Rinnegan
Possibly hashirama dna or mokuton

Naruto:
Ftg
possibly bijuu/juubi Jinchuriki

Naruto should get FTG naturally, after all it's his father's technique.
Rinngean Sasuke would be a beast especially if he gets to the level of Madara with pulling meteors..

To be honest Naruto doesn't really need any further improvements at this time;since undoubtably he has received quite a lot already adversely, Sasuke on the other hand needs to get either ps or one of his own unique ocular techniques.
