Am I allowed to make a Slowpoke RPC? I mean, he has feet and "hands"... or are we restricted to only Anime Characters?

I was going to get my post count up and then start to Role Play. ​

Biography characters need to maintain a certain level of seriousness, so characters that fail to be regarded as such, like animal characters, shall be automatically declined. Bio's must follow some code of being like a ninja to work in the naruto system, this is not to kill peoples fun but to keep it within the context of Naruto world. If the mod finds that the bio does not conform with this rule, he can decline it.
