I get on a lake and i gather up a decent amount of suiton chakra after its all gatehred up i release the chakra into the water and take control of it and make it into a whirlpool that sucks any oppent in range under water

Pros: it has a pretty good range, you can attack more then one oppent at once

cons: i assume it takes sometime to pull this jutsu off, the range is short- mid so the oppent can just retreat to long range to advoid it

Remember that when you use this jutsu , they can't stand on water anymore . Use that to your advantage .

Description: Creates small black clouds, which cover the area flammable oil.

i gather up a decent amount of suiton chakra and channel it throughtout my whokle body once its all gathered and channeled i release the chakra and send it nto the air to make black clouds that rain oil onto my oppent

Pros: This jutsu works great with fire cause everything the oil touches will be cought on fire if used with a fire jutsu

Cons: the clouds can be blown away from a strong wind jutsu

(Suiton: Takitsubo) - Water Style: Waterfall Basin

Description: This jutsu summons a large amount of water. Yamato used this technique along with Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart to create a waterfall as an example of elemental chakra to Naruto. (No water source required)

Now . . . Gather your suiton chakra and release it to the top of the plateau and then summon a large amount of water which flows down the plateau like a waterfall .

Description: A water vortex created in the palm of the user’s hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiraling wall of water which can then be used to attack or defend.

Channel suiton chakra into your palms and release it , then with shape manipulation , mold it into a water vortex

(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

There will be two parts to learning this technique . . . First practice stringing the handseals together and do it till you remember it and can perform it without any flaw
