It's worth a try before you show us...Good. Now try it while walking on water. This is harder because water is always moving, so you will have to keep a very steady flow of chakra in your feet.
*I focus on gathering a steady amount of chakra and releasing it through my feet. The same faint light blue glow around my feet appears again. I apply more chakra and it becomes a darker shade of blue, but still see through. I move towards the water and take one step and fall through. I swim to the shore and try to analyze what went wrong*
Ok, i released my chakra and I still fell through the water.....OH!!!
*Thinking I found the right answer, I gather my chakra again and walk to the water again. This time when I walk on the water, I walk a few yards before starting to slowly sink in the water. I then continue doing what I am doing and i rise back to the surface. I walk back to the shore without falling in*
I figured out the trick to it, Roku-Sensei. When we were climbing the tree, we had to constantly apply a certain amount of chakra to stay on the tree. But since water is a liquid and the particles are always in motion, we had to constantly shift the amounts of chakra being released to stay on the same 'flow' as the water is moving on. Am I right sensei?
