*I close my eyes and focus.* how do you mean release sensei?Okay. I will first teach you two how to manipulate chakra.

There are five types of chakra as you probably know. Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, and Lightning. Your element is water. Water is calm and cool, but it can sometimes be merciless and powerful and loud.
Chakra is split into two forms of energy. Physical and Spritual Energies. When these two mix, they create a common nature element. This is, for you, water.
To mold chakra, you must focus on the energy within you after making a handsign. Handsigns make chakra control much easier. So, focus on your chakra and then slowly release it bit by bit.

Good job. Let's wait for IkasuOK. *after studying the chart, I then proceed in attempting to mold my chakra. I gather a large amount of chakra and try to release small amounts of it evenly and steadily for several hours into the night and fail but continues . The next day, I repeat the process and finally get the release of the chakra flow down to even amounts each time*
Well, its basically like telling the chakra in you to go out of your body and surround you. It's that simple.*I close my eyes and focus.* how do you mean release sensei?
Good job.ok* i close my eyes again and concentrate, feeling my chakra in me build up i then try and mold it so it becomes an even flow that can be manipulated easily. I do this for the next few days so my chakra flows steadily* is this right sensei?
Yes, Roku-Sensei.Good job.
Now that you both have learned to mold chakra, try to focus your chakra specifically in a certain part of your body (arm, leg, feet, somewhere)
Yes, Roku-Sensei.
*Using the skills I just learned, I gather my chakra and concentrate on drawing my newly molded chakra in my right arm. As it comes into my arm, I feel a weird tingling feeling. It feels as if my arm muscles are tearing. I begin to manipulate the flow of energy called chakra that flow in my arm and exercise control over it. As my control over it grows, I feel it becoming less straining on my arm and it starts to feel as if my arm was gained extraordinary strength.*
Excellent. You must learn to keep a steady control over it though. okay....I want you two to run up that tree while concentrating chakra into your feet.*again i close my eyes and concentrate. I feel my chakra again and start to try and focus it in my left arm. As i'm doing this i am straining to get an even balance. After going through the night i successfully focus my chakra into my left arm*
I'll try it Sensei!!!Excellent. You must learn to keep a steady control over it though. okay....I want you two to run up that tree while concentrating chakra into your feet.
Too shallow. Increase your chakra output but keep it below the first try output.Yes sir!
[ok if i put less chakra then i need i won't make it but if i put to much it will be harder so i need to find a balance]
*focuses chakra in the soles of my feet after finding what i think is the right amout i run at the tree as im climbing it feels as though the tree is trying to repel me i make it half way up and then i jump back*
[i had to much in my feet thats why the tree began to repel me with its own energy]
*Again i focus my chakra but putting a little less than before. I run at the tree and make it to the 3rd highest branch*
*you make it to the top of the tree* You're not bad at all. Good job.I'll try it Sensei!!!
*after gathering a steady amount of chakra, i focus on releasing it through my feet. I notice a light blue glow around my feet*
Is this supposed to happen, Sensei???
*continuing down this path, I began to move towards the tree you indicated. I run at the tree and start to run upwards. I make it about 5 ft. up the tree. Feeling that isn't good enough, I gather more chakra into my feet and release it steady and evenly through my feet and see that the light blue is now a little darker and 'feels' stronger. I run at the tree and this time, I get 15 ft. up the tree.*
*I practice at this all night and soon can run the entire length of the tree up and down several times.*
Sensei, I think I learned the trick to it.....When you run up the tree, you have to evenly disperse chakra with each step you take, right?
Good. Now try it while walking on water. This is harder because water is always moving, so you will have to keep a very steady flow of chakra in your feet.ok sensei
*again i focus my chakra in the soles of my feet*
* like Kaos did i check my feet and see a faint blue glow i increase my chakra and it becomes a deep blue. I take back some of the chakra and the colour becomes like the sky. I run at the tree and as i'm halfway my foot starts to slip.*
[not enough chakra] *i increase my chakra and begin to climb up the tree again. I do this for the next day and finally get the right output and make it to the very top of the tree*
How is that sensei?
Can you show us sensei?Good. Now try it while walking on water. This is harder because water is always moving, so you will have to keep a very steady flow of chakra in your feet.
