Rokudaime Bio Allowed

is a Rokudaime bio allowed?...you know the one if you search and it show and older naruto with a nice cloak.
I searched in the approved bios and nothing showed up but i am just wondering if its ok because i dont think im gonna get permission for Zoro and i dont think im gonna get permission for Gohan either

No,since that is the same Naruto..just older.Also you can't create a bio stating it's a predicted future character and not even confirmed as official.
