Who know what water can do?

Well water is basically the flow of everything so it allows the push and pull of well, anything. It allows a ninja to conduct more smooth and loose attacks, basically the opposite of earth attacks which are stiff and concrete. By allowing loose attacks it also allows quicker defense. I suppose that the last two abilities is it being the closest thing that a non-medical ninja can have in terms of healing and being able to morph into more forms than any other elements. It's temperature can also be changed to form complete different substances (steam and ice).
