Rogue is very determined to grow stronger and is confident in his ability to do so. He usually never lets a grudge go and feels the need to pass judgement on whoever he believes has done wrong. He is also Physiologically unstable due to the countless lives of his friends and family who have died before his eyes this deep loss of his sometimes causes him to go into a murderous state of mind that causes him to kill anything and anyone in his way.

BACKGROUND INFO
Rogue never knew his parents all he knew was that he was from a clan called the Hozuki clan. Rogue was raised in the Kirigakure orphanage and at the age of 14 he had been adopted into the family of the cheney's. He spent a lot of time with his brother Sting. One day some of the ninja from the Kirigakure military attacked them and killed Rogue's foster parents, Sting told Rogue to use the secret escape passage to get out of there while he held the ninja off Rogue quickly ran to the secret escape and heard Sting scream in agony Rogue was mortified at the sounds he was hearing He knew his brother was dead he ran as fast as he could out of Kirigakure and remembered his foster parent's telling him before if anything should ever happen to them to go meet their contact in Kumogakure so he set out on his journey there. When he got to Kumogakure he saw his contact -Naruto- Who trained him in most of what he knows now. The training was intense and -Naruto- was strict, seeking the best for Rouge. Once -Naruto- taught him everything he needed to know -Naruto took Rouge to the Hozuki clan's secret hideout and there -Naruto- introduced Rogue to his parents and then left Kumogakure, never to be seen again. Once he met his parents he was tested to see the limits of his power. Thanks to his recent training he passed their test without a sweat and then began to learn under his parents. They taught him many things but most of all they taught him to adore his good friends for not all of them can be trusted. This would be important later on in his life. But he could never get rid of his hatred for kirigakure ninja and vowed to get revenge for sting someday. At the age of 18 Rogue had finally become a proud and respected member of the Hozuki clan. One day a mysterious and powerful missing-nin of Kirigakure attacked the Hozuki clan the ninja wiped out all the members of the Hozuki clan accept for Rogue. Rogue looked up at the Man and saw his scratched out ninja headband and in a faint voice asked who the man was and the man said my name is PandaMan. and walked away. At the sound of the name his mind became filled with childhood memories of his old orphanage friend PandaMan., his best friend since he was three years old. The last thing he remembered was a familiar man with an Iwagakure headband picking him up and caring for him. When Rogue woke up he was in an old cabin on the outskirts of Kumogakure. The cabin was stacked with all he needed to survive by himself and after getting up he remembered what had happened to his family. Rogue felt like trash he wondered how could he be defeated so easily after all of his hard training? He knew he had to become stronger he began training harder then he ever had before fueled by his rage against Kirigakure.
