Ok to tell the truth I did not really understand this poneglyph thing before. But while rewatching the skypiea arc, I came to understand the poneglyph part. Apparently these poneglyphs are scattered all over the grand line. And the person who goes through the grand line is bound to encounter them. Now it seems that Roger encountered these poneglyphs. So I believe that he recorded all the passages on these poneglyphs during his Journey. And the crux of my theory is,

Roger created the RIO PONEGLYPH and named it as One piece!

It is the one stone that carries the entire history of the world and the location of all the ancient weapons and story about the origin of the Devil fruits. Rio ponegyph is the one piece that carries the information of all the other poneglyphs in the world.

The things that support this theory are, the ancient rule for the shandians that they need to protect the poneglyphs until someone comes to visit them. And Roger being able to hear the voice of all things might have heard the poneglyphs speak to him about the creation of the final poneglyph. And hence his famous quote,

"I have come here and
will lead this passage to
the farthest ends of the world "
-Gol D. Roger

Also the fact that the world government is so afraid of the One Piece being discovered is that it is not just any treasure but it is the entire history of the world along with all the locations of these weapons the government is so afraid of.

It is nice to believe that, however i do not think that is the case.

Professor Clover confirmed that it was the AK who left them behind:

You must be registered for see images

Yes, it would contain all the information needed if read as one.

However Roger did not discover the Poneglyph in Fishmand Island, which would not give him that information to write down the full info the AK left behind

I am not talking about the other poneglyphs. I am talking about the Rio poneglyph. And I don't see Clover talking about Rio either.
Also we all know roger encountered the Sea kings and heard them speak, what's to say that he did not encounter the Fishman island poneglyph as well.
Edit: Also I am not sure if the fishman island poneglyph was an information poneglyph or just the one telling the location of another poneglyph...

Well, Roger doesn't know the language of the Poneglyphs. They have always existed and were scattered. Also, it wasnt Roger who created One Piece nor was he the 1st to know the island Raftel. There had always been Pirates going to the grand line before Roger in search of it. Roger was the 1st to conquer the sea and find One Piece thus people then knew it actually existed and therefore masses set out for it and that was how he gave birth to the great pirate era. The Rio which held the complete details o the Void century has always been in Raftel but it also needed pieces of information from other Poneglyphs scattered around.
Roger simply meant that he will learm everything and leave the knowledge in Raftel when he gets there and that's exactly what he did. Just like Rayleaigh said, they did learn everything, and Clover's speech also shows they did. But it wasnt him who wrote any of them or the Rio.

And yes, Roger was in FI and he read there own Poneglyph too. That 1 is an informative one and not just a location pointer. However the one on SI was a location pointer, even the one Roger wrote beside it.
