I would say neji to be honest hes so underrated he can kill with a single gentle fist attack and that was in season 1 lol

Idk Neji's hand movements are faster. Lee is faster all together. Neji has the upper hand being able to close the gates and chakra. But if Lee goes beast in the very start of the fight he would win

does lee have chakra? it may sound like a stupid question, but i know he can't use ninjutsu so... if he has chakra, i'd say Neji, if he doesn't then Lee
