This is still being debated? Kitsuchi starts off with Moving Earth Core which he can drop down about 100ft if need be.Then to finish this off with the Mountain sandwhich. This Jutsu is wide enough to enclose the entire Juubi body which is atleast over 300ft. Also this tech come up time is pretty fast considering how big it is. The only way Lee is getting out of this range in time is if he goes gates. The moment he goes Gates and not finish Kitsuchi he'll lose because Rock lee hasen't shown any good stamina feats after going into gates and coming back out.

Just to clarify something, Darui is fast as Raikage in V1 Lighting Armor but this does not mean that Kitsuchi is faster than Darui or equal to Darui because he blitzed Kinkaku where as Darui seemed like he was helpless. Darui had just used up most of his chakra after using two of those sage tools, which even 1 is suppose to kill average ninja, and he was also carrying the Seven Star Sword, and he couldn't leave the Amber Pot behind (he couldn't carry the huge thing) and run because Kinkaku would have destroyed it and they would not have been able to seal him, destroying HQs whole plan.

That doesn't change the fact that the anime isn't canon. And it's not really a feat where we can judge how fast they moved. Same issue that was being dicussed in this very thread about Kitsuchi "blitzing"

You don't have to restrict 7-8 gates he can't even open them.

That been said, i believe Lee can take this. Sandwich can be outran in this distance with gates, same as earth walls as he can run circpes around them. Earth rising core is a problem for his mobility but withing gates he can jump high or run to the surface fastly. After these, once he gets close it is over. Kitsuchi seems phsically strong since he killed a zetsu with bare hands like raikage but close range speed and combat feats are not sufficient enough for keeping up with gated Lee.

No no no no no no. Rock lee isn't doing all that dodging in 8gates and finishing Kitsuchi off afterwards. Rock lee hasen't shown us any stamina feats suggesting that he can keep the gates up for 10mins let alone an entire battle...
