Rock Lee vs. Kimimaro

So, this is sort of a rematch, but it's still a lot different. So, I'm going to set some conditions here for the battle:

Rock Lee:
All the stuff he has now
Can go to all the Gates except Seventh and Eight.
Is trying to kill

Kimimaro:
Has all of his Bone dances, and such
Can go to Curse Mark Mode LVL. 2
Is not in Edo Tensei mode
But doesn't have Sickness.

-But to the point... Lee has this. When he first fought Kimmiaro Lee did not use gates at all. Plus while Kimmiaro was laying in a grave Lee has been living and training.
-Lee would probably have to use gates to win and I'm guessing he can go to 5 or 6 which would easily make him strong enough to break Kimmiaro's special bones and make Lee to fast for Kimmiaro to attack or counter

both were very weakened in their fight. lee had just gotten out of surgery and only used one gate. IMO if both are full power, lee will eventually break his bones.

You're drastically overrating Lee. Lee has barely shown any improvement since part 1, but one fact remains clear- Lee is still entirely dependant on taijutsu. It doesn't matter how fast Lee is, or how strong, when Kimimaro can stab Lee anytime he attempts to make contact. Plus, Lee's basic taijutsu- 8 gates or not- isn't powerful enough to defeat Kimimaro. Kimimaro can form a membrane of bone beneath his skin, protecting him from any physical harm. Using this method of defence Kimimaro was able to survive every single ninjutsu Gaara attempted to use. In the end, Kimimaro was moments from killing Gaara (Gaara had absolutely no chakra left) when his disease caused his death. Without a mysterious illness to kill him at convenient times, Kimimaro has shown to be one of the most naturally durable ninja in the entire series. Kimimaro wins low difficulty.

Now you are seriously underrating Lee. Just because he only has taijutsu and hasn't shown on panel any drastic improvements doesn't mean that he can't win. If he tries to stab Lee, then he could just grab the bone and use it against him. We haven't even seen the power of the gates against the bones as Lee was also recovering from surgery.
