Neji can use anything in his arsenal.
Lee can open 6 gates and he has a bottle of MEDICINE that he can use if he want.
I know neji and lee fought before ( as lee said in part one ) and everytime neji has won but I'm talking about current neji and lee.
And I'm kinda new to NB so plese be nice!
Since starting distance wasn't specified i take is at the standard 15-20 meters,and neither was State of mind so i take it as IC w/ Intent to kill
Now for the analysis i must say i was tempted to go for neji for the obvious gentle fist advantage in cqc,but nevertheless lee has tremendously improved too in the time skip
The battle definitely pans out in only one linear pattern:Taijutsu
problem for Neji would be to handle Lee's speed which in part would be covered by the aid if the byakugans field of vision,while for Lee it would actually be getting touched/damaged in enough chakra points
It all boils down to whom goes all out 1st,because it's clear that in the trading blows process both we'll get damaged to some extent
Now in the scenario they go all out for the kill,then lee here as the upper hand due to the overwhelmingness of the gates,and for reference Neji doesn't have the extra durability boost granted by the sand armor gaara had,so is punches surely will land and deal substantially more damage,and neji dodging them too is out of the question here
For neji to score the win he would need to damage enough of lee chakra points before he goes into Gated Mode,because if that happens then is chances will be approximately close to 0
So i deem more appropriate to give this to lee 6/10
