Rock lee mentally challeged?

For some reason, he is like the only ninja in his generation to use ONLY TAIJUSTU. Not that anything is wrong with that, but how could that qualify him as an official ninja if he does not use NINJA ARTS? What are you oppinions of rock lee qualifying as an official ninja?

i have my own but i dont feel like sharing mines until i heard what everyone has to say about it.

He probably has bad Chakra control so he can't perform Ninja arts such as Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. But since he has beast Taijutsu, he has enough

No,he's like any other people in the world of Naruto. Those that are not born with a special skill, are people like that one Roman guy,or some random old guy. They rely on the ninjas to help them out. But Rock lee is still ninja since he know Taijustu (like Guy) and still know some basic things like substitution.

Agree. Sasuke was weak back then. Now I doubt Lee can win against him. I say he has a 30% chance to win.
