If moria gets lucci's shadow, he's dead.

If Moira is with Oars, lucci will get a very hard time.

If Moria uses dopple man and his zombie army, lucci will have a hard time.

I think he could beat lucci, let alone said moira was on par with kaidou, a yonkou.

Moria, Luffy and Lucci were more or less on par and normal Luffy was no match for normal Moria. Moria has too many tricks up his sleeve to be beaten by one person.
