Anyone from the middle trio can stomp pre time skip Lucci. Him being just as good with haki as Law wouldn't help either, it would be similar fight as Enel vs Luffy.

Post timeskip Lucci could very well be in the same general level as the likes of Law if Oda shows him soon, though I don't think he would beat him.

How come? 10char
Lucci can't enhance his DF any stronger since it's just a simple Zoan and he's mastered all three forms of himself. Plus he's mastered Rokushiki, meaning he can't get any stronger with that. So what does that mean? It means Lucci was at the pinnacle of his strength when he fought Luffy (for the last time).
Now, since we know Lucci can't get any stronger without Haki, let's compare both him and current Law (without Haki): Law obviously wins (Mid DIFF). So now add Haki: Law still wins (Mid DIFF).
Furthermore, in order for Lucci to close the gap, he'd have to have - not posses the basics of Haki - but posses high-level proficiency with it. And Rayleigh himself (a Haki phenom) said no one is capable of using Haki like Luffy could, in just the 2 years he had for training it. And the only reason he did so is because he had the enormous drive, determination and pure willpower to never lose anyone ever again. And even the level to which Luffy got his Haki to, isn't that strong (as evident when Hody bit Luffy and Luffy said something along those very lines).
Hence there's no way for Lucci to be able to make that much of a leap, to be able to tango with the likes of Law.

Being good at haki is particularly broad. There are different types of good. Are they as good as each other at using haki ? Is one better than the other? You have left a lot unexplained. Not only this BUT you also have not mentioned location as Laws ability is more prominent and useful in certain open locations with mobile objects. Lucci on the other hand would be stronger in closed spaces compared to being in open spaces. Sabaody* Archipelago does not state much. Are they on a grove? In the slave auction house? Where?

Shanks is good at using Haki , Luffy is good at using haki : you haven't defined how good at haki they are. We haven't even seen Lucci fight in the new world either!

We can't come to a singular conclusion in this thread ( logically ) without more detail within the original post.

I'll probably go with Lucci. Luffy suffered major inflictions, if this was Law, he'll probably be dead. Because at this state Luffy > Law. So therefore Lucci would win.

We are talking about Post-timeskip Law here. There is no way lucci could do anything to him from what we have seen.
