1st: What is classified as ripping a jutsu?
2nd: If you like a jutsu, but it's rank is low, making it easier to counter. Could you like "upgrade" the jutsu as a custom? Similar to how you get a small fireball. And the a bigger 1, then a bigger 1 and so on.
Example:
(Katon: Kasumi Endu no Jutsu) - Fire Style: Mist Covering Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offense/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
It's a useful jutsu, but its rank degrades it in a way.
So is it against the rules to "upgrade" it?
(Katon: (New name)) - Fire Style: (New Name)
Rank: B
Type: Offense/Supplementary
Range: Short-mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a large flammable gas from their lungs in a wide radius. This gas then spreads up to mid range and once it makes contact with open flames, the gas ignites and creates a fire blast.
Something like that? Or is it against the rules?
