Wrong, Give The Rinnegan to someone to average Uchiha with EMS(Yeah I know only the best Uchiha can get EMS, but anyway weakest one with EMS) then add Senju DNA in him. Let's give him then few years to lear and control The Rinnegan properly and he/she can beat Hashirama.

Considering every time it is used, it's OP as fudge,I don't think anyone is underestimating it. It is almost better Madara isn't spamming it like crazy, or we wouldn't have any of the juicy fights going right now!
