No...he wasn't exhausted at all, he was just running out of chakra that the bijuu gave him. Naruto gets instant heals and chakra from the fox, plus the bijuu chakra.

He was about to rasengan his face, and used all his chakra in one go, plus two TBB with RS and an entire senjutsu rasengan vs one lightning arrow that tied with it.

He used the nerfing black balls to clash.
He used ashura's cloak mode

In order for naruto to compare he has to go at him as if he wanted to kill him, otherwise he would of lost. Believe what you want...TBB is a one shot kill jutsu.

False, sasuke didn't absorb it, he used his susanoo to absorb it as a replacement for the gedo mazo and he did it because he wasn't still fully used to his rinnegan, plus to match naruto's raw power
