Rikkudo Sage Mode should be obvious. In order for Sasuke to equal rikkudo Sage Mode, Sasuke had to absorb the chakra of the bijus, which, in of itself, is a key to rikkudo senjutsu. So Rinnegan taking a piece of rikkduo senjutsu=rikkudo senjutsu. Basically, it should be clear that, by themselves, rikkudo senjutsu is superior.

Considering Naruto easily neg diff Kaguya (Sharinnegan) and Sasuke (Rinnegan).

Rinnegan Obito or madara or nagato all struggled for getting six paths of senjutsu.

It gives you goudamas which can nullify all ninjutsus. It give you 5 elements.
It gives you unlimited chakra.

Rinnegan user can be hurted by normal ninjutsu but six paths user can't. It allows user to use omyuden.

Do you even realize that naruto gathered chakra which equates 9 nine bijuus chakra just within 5 seconds.

Even simple sage mode proved to be more powerful than rinnegan.

Either way its pretty much balanced as seen in naruto and sasuke's final fight. It all depends on the person's way in fighting and what they do with it tbh.
