There is manga proof that Obito's teleportation speed is faster than KCM Naruto even at arms length.

while we know that Obito can wrap others a lot faster than wraping himself/teleporting , so avoiding a Kamui wrap is impossible since Obito can wrap the instant he lays a hand on someone

This is why Minato even with FTG couldn't risk getting touched again cuz it would've been over in a single touch as Obito says "I win/Gotcha"

Plus Rennigan Obito can use Outer path chains to restrict even the Bijuu, he can Bind anyone with chakra chains and then wrap them, all Obito needs is one touch.....Game over.
