okay.. there are three ocular powers, right? rinnegan.sharingan.byakugan.
why does the sharingan has other 'types'? they say rinnegan is stronger, but how come it doesnt have other types like the sharingan.. just curious..

Why would you need to improve the rinnegan? Inherently it is the best one, it allows you to do literally any jutsu you want to. You can basically do anything, fly, bring people back to life, suck out their chakra, etc.
