in short the reason behind nardo flying, nardo having TSB isn't because hagoromo's direct chakra. it's because he became jinchuriki of all tailed beasts and that's precicely why he doesn't have TSB and RSM as poeple call it in the LAST movie.

It's not 'Rikudou Chakra as you call it', the Manga and Databook literary calls it Rikudou (Six Paths) Chakra. Which is Hagoromo's power.

Indeed, he states he gave his chakra away, in that scan where he got his seals back, he still had no chakra, it was the Hokage's who supplied the chakra for him, whereas he just did the hand seals.
Databook and Manga make no mention of the Yin-Yang seals doing anything other than doing Six Paths Chibaku Tensei.

Yet VOTE2 Sasuke and Naruto were shown to be stronger than their previous selves.....and they still had their powers given to them by Hagoromo.

Naruto's Six Paths Sage Mode, a Hagoromo granted power. And Sasuke's Rinnegan, also a Hagoromo granted power as the Databook notes.
