you misunderstand six paths chakra to chakra hagoromo gave to nardo and sasky

Rikudo's Chakra didn't give him Six Path's Senjutsu, it did for Naruto, Obito, and Madara. So no, he can't use the Gudo Dama..not like this reply changes anything the manga has stated.
