Rinnegan Question

If someone who has the Rinnegan uses it to master all five elements, and then gets their taken or something, will the elements go along with the stolen eyes?

no, you have to have the knowledge and prowess to do that, and everybody can learn all elements anyway

They will still be able to use the elements but they won't have knowledge on how to use them.

edit: Misread the OP. That is actually a good question. I think that if they awakened it themselves then yea they'll keep em.

Good question all the rinnegan do is lets them master the five element faster so take it away tbey will still have all the elements.

Will you have the knowledge of the hand signs and techniques to actually perform it... I dont think so.

Think about the Nature Element that everyone is born affiliated with. This means that most shinobi are born with the ABILITY to use one of the Nature Elements, but this doesnt mean they will actually be able to use it. For example, naruto was born with a wind element affiliation, but he wasnt able to use Wind techniques until HE MASTERED THE JUTSUS THEMSELVES. Before then, although he was born with it, he couldnt actually do any wind techs.

Same with Rinnegan. It give you the ability to use ALL of them instead of just one or a few. But you still need to learn how to use them. I assume this is why Nagato wasnt EXTREMELY OP with his rinnegan jutsus utilizing all the different Nature Elements. He just didnt know how... i think. lol

Yes they will still have all the jutsu...
Rinnegan acts as the key to unlocking it easily..., you no longer need the key if the feat is done
