This is in Kamui dimension at 5 meters and those aren't Obito's Jins, they're Kabuto's.
Even though Obito got the coolest abilities and are the best at using his MS/Kamui, Kakashi can still counter it since it goes through the same dimension a his own, so If they fight it's not gonna be with Kamui. I believe Obito wins.... NOHATE =D

I don't give a shit about you not giving a shit, Obito doesn't have the jins unless the OP says so or he has Kabuto with an unrestricted Edo Tensei in his team.

then nagato doesnt have paths unless OP says so. its the same jutsu and same concept.
but is immediately killed by edo jin shared vision and roshi meteors
they became obito's when he put chakra recievers into them. ownership passed along due to who is controlling them. i mean kabuto needed them for the war. if they were his why wouldnt he retake ownership after revealing madara and thus betraying obi?
obito used a jutsu called six paths of pain and called them as such. that made the jins his and his alone until the recievers are removed. which kakashi cant do.
he needs prep to have them in the first place however. but the same logc should follow for nagato who needed to go around collecting bodies to have his paths.
