Why would the Bijuu's Ninjutsu count as his own? Lol. That's like saying Toad Ninjutsu should factor into Minato and Naruto's personal rating. Obito has Katon, Summoning, Hiding like a Mole, and Kamui. Sasuke surpasses him in power and variability. The only contender in his arsenal would be Kamui, but Kamui alone isn't giving him this category.

Then there's the fact that Obito can't even use the Edo Jins on his own. He needs Kabuto to keep them in this world, so that's even less reason for me to add their Ninjutsu as part of his personal ranking.

All I saw was Obito and Kakashi matching each other in Genjutsu. Obito fans are fond of citing this as some sort of feat, even though we literally don't know the circumstances of this. Though I can tell you that Obito never bothered with Genjutsu or anything on B or Naruto, and Kakashi and him were stalemating in a Genjutsu fight.

There is no difference between MS Genjutsu unless we are talking about Tsukuyomi. If we head on to the skill factor, we come to the conclusion that Obito nor Sasuke have any kind of showing that'd make their skill in Genjutsu any different.

Though Izanagi is a Genjutsu, which I forgot due to it's abilities, so I'll give this category to Obito solely because of that.

Smh...read above. Why would you give Bijuu Ninjutsu to Obito when this is a personal ranking? Then there's the fact that he can't even use them w/o Kabuto keeping them in this world. He has Katon, Kamui, Weak Mokuton, and limited use of the Rinnegan as far as feats tell us.

Sasuke has Kagutsuchi, Amaterasu, Susanoo, and those 3 alone already take a dump on everything in this guy's arsenal bar Kamui. Then we have Chidori and Variants, and then we have Kirin. Sasuke trumps in overall power and variability when it comes to Ninjutsu.

Sure, if we give Obito the Bijuu's Ninjutsu for some extremely strange reason then yes, he'd have the edge. But we don't, as it makes no sense, so he doesn't.

Ninjutsu : Obito , simply cuz Rennigan gives him mastery of all elements plus he can fuse his jutsus with kamui to make them OP

Taijutsu : Obito , having senju DNA makes Obito extremely strong, add kamui to it and he is unbeatable in hand to hand (It has been proved that Obito can hit u while rest of his body phased)

Genjutsu: Obito by far, 14yr old obito controlled kurama, also putting perfect jin in genjutsu for years...no contest

Speed : Obito's foot speed rivals that of Minato, Sasuke might also be close here but again it doesn't matter cuz Kamui phase is instant

Inteligence: Obito, the dude planned the whole Akatsuki thing/ capturing of Bijuus, Starting a War, Drawing out Naruto....Sheeesh
