As for this match-up, Rinnegan mastery still doesn't make relevancy, because he has less of it than Madara, and because he can't access its full power. Added with the fact of wielding superior Chakra than the two; Madara having both Yin-Yang Chakra of Rikudou and Juubi's Chakra, whereas Sasuke has the Yin only.

Inferior PS to a PS enhanced by a fully supplied Rikudou Chakra and Juubi's Chakra together, especially overlapping Sasuke's PS when both construction of PS and Juubi are fused in the identical fashion of PS & Kurama. Thus, you have flying Juubi-TBB and PS blades thrown everywhere, which Sasuke has absolutely nothing to match against.

Madara low difficulty. Same applies for Naruto. Mid difficulty against the two of them. Get over it.

Madara wins Mid-Difficulty at the most. Madara's Rinnegan techniques are on a way larger scale than Sasuke's and the only thing thing that Madara is going to struggle with is Amenotejikara but that can't put Madara down when he can regnerate from Attacks in a couple seconds.

Hypothetically speaking Rikudou Madara's PS>Sasuke's PS due to Madara possessing more Rikudou Chakra than Sasuke.

All he has to do is touch Madara with both seals and the bijuu will be freed.

In order for the Seals to work the person has to be weakened or there movements have to be restricted. Why do you think Naruto was using the Shukaku Rasengan and Sasuke was using Chidori?
