This is a fan-fic Kakashi

-Has Rikudou's chakra
-Has both of Obito's sharingans, and both of them evolved to EMS.
-Awakened Rinnegan; can use all Rinnegan techniques:

-Amenotijierka
-Can use up to 5 Limbos
-All Deva powers including Shinra Tensei, Bansho Tenin, Chibaku Tensei, and Tengai Shinsei
-Preta path; absorption capabilities are proportional to the amount of chakra he has.
-Animal, Naraka, Asura, and Human paths.​

Who is the strongest character this Kakashi can beat?

He would probably be able to beat everyone barring madara hagaramo and kaguya. The limbos are a big deal

DMS Rikudo Kakashi is still better. He can defend from everything and oneshot everyone with Kamui. But yeah this fan fic version would be so godly I can't even fathom his power.

DMS Kakashi is already OP and could only be beaten by Sasuke and Naruto... and Kaguya.

He has the same amount of Rikudou chakra as in canon. His Susanoo should be stronger here though, because EMS increases chakra potency.

How much stronger is unknown, it wouldn't be astronomical.

Even with the boosts, if the amount of chakra he has is the same as in canon, I fail to see how he defeats anyone in RSM Naruto or Rinnegan Sasuke's tier let alone those above it. The Rinnegan would deplete his chakra quickly, even Obito couldn't control and handle just a singular Rinnegan properly, and he was a Juubi Jinchuriki..

I agree that RSM Naruto would beat him. Not sure about Rinnegan Sasuke. Kakashi's Susanoo would be weaker than Sasuke, but he might be able to out-hax him with Limbos, teleportation, intangibility, etc. nah actually Sasuke can see Limbos, is more skilled with Amennotijierka, has a better Susanoo and can deal with kamui. Rinnegan Sasuke wins.

The strongest he can beat remains the same. People like Toneri and Juubito. His new buffs make him stronger, but not strong enough to beat Sasuke, Naruto, Madara and Kaguya.

With Rinnegan he can see Limbos, so he can dodge their attacks. Plus, he has own limbos. Kamui snipes his Limbos. Kamui snipes everything Madara has including Madara. Kakashi dodged Kaguya's max speed ash bones with intangibility, there is nothing Madara can do faster. Kamui is ineffective against Kaguya but Madara won't get out of Kamui dimension.

Who needs rinnegan when you have Obitos double MS. It either remains Rinnegan Sasuke but this time this is low-midd diff or RSM Naruto but that can go either way.

Rinnekashi solos all but Kaguya.

Kakashi is one of the most skilled and experienced shinobi in the world, also possessing unrivalled battle instincts. The only thing that ever hindered him was a lack of raw power, but feed him it and he becomes a dominating force. Don't believe me? He mastered all the other MS powers that those eyes possessed straight away; no time to feel, or work them out necessary.

That is how skilled and talented he is. It was always just his sub-par stamina and chakra pool that stopped him from realising his full potential.
