the jubi was in the rikudou body for a while.When the 1 tail was remove from gaara he still have the one tail abilities.Rikudou maybe still get some chakra reserve from the jubi after it was extracted from his body and sealed

So the sharingan seems to be more adept at casting Genjutsu? OR the users are both more skilled with using their sharingans with Gemjutsu, then using the Rinnegan to use it. They are both fairly new to the rinnegan.


Also, it can be assumed that unless it's a very high level genjutsu, the Rinnegan can break it (Visually).

Hell, technically Pein himself is immune to Genjutsu via the chakra rods and that if Nagato wanted to, he could have just disrupted the chakra flow himself and break out of it. Can't remember where, but I read somewhere it was more of a trap for Jiraiya. Falling into the genjutsu.

But Itachi is no where near as strong as Nagato or Pein. Genjutsu is only so useful when confronted with their overwhelming power.

It's also not really a weakness.

Madara's clones never switched back to EMS. They had EMS from the start

Since the one has Rinne&Sharin at the same time all disadvantages are nullified since to change between them takes just an instance...:scorps:
