What? If something is written in a language the rinnegan cannot decipher than thats that. The other code was for sharingan, and at a higher level rinnegan. This is for something else, gtfo.

BZ rewrote reality so that it could be made that way. Only a Rinnegan user can read the Stone Tablet.
