Alright so I have 2 questions/points to make about this jutsu.
1. Can a fresh nagato use it without killing himself? Refer to what Konan says here:
"If he uses it now with these chakra levels..."
Does that mean that Nagato could freely use this technique and he wouldn't sacrifice himself? If that's true, that's a pretty broken thing to have...
2. Can an ET Rinnegan user spam this with no side affects at all?
