I mean comparing Sharingan evolving to Rinnegan to Rinne-Sharingan the Rinnengan offer so many jutsu. Nagato the not original user has unlocked so many Rinnengan jutsu, maybe had Madara lived long enough he may have unlocked more Rinne-Sharingan jutsu.

I agree 99%. The 1% disagreement would be in a situation of say a sole rinne-sharingan user vs rinnegan user. IT has no effect. Tree can be avoided and amenominaka is potentially useless(or not so useful). Against any other opponent though, IT alone solos.

Rinne-Sharingan is stated to being stronger but very little jutsu was seen from it. Rinne-Sharingan doesn't have access to Susano or any of the Rinnengan jutsu or even Mangekyou Sharingan techniques.

Rinne-Sharingan hasn't shown to be able to copy jutsu.

Not even tbh. Amenominaka grants access to 5 dimensions that all have a benefit for the user or a demerit for the opponent. The Lava dimension alone would be enough to destroy any Rinnegan user. Sasuke needed Naruto's flight or Susanoo's flight to survive there. Then there's the ice dimension, acid dimension, etc. Shin: Jukai Kotan won't be easily evaded either obviously considering the trees are planetary range.

True but being it have the power of Sharingan it should have every Sharingan power or even a MS ability you would think. I guess it's just due to screen time or Kaguya not knowing every ability it grants since she only used Ameno IT and Yomotsu Hirasaka.

Here are some jutsu which Rinnengan can do to overpower the Rinne-Sharingan jutsu:

Nagato, which is Madara eye can absorb people souls from their body.
Susano which is a MS techique used by Rinnengan is a strong offense and defense jutsu, capable of blocking IT.
Chimera summon from Rinnengan can't be killed unless the one that summons dies.
Preta Path can absorb any jutsu except for taijutsu.
Rinne Tensei can revive a huge amount of people and even revive people who died many years ago.
Bunsho and Shinra Tesei are able to pull anything anyway or bring anything to them.
Amenotejikara can teleport himself to a object or teleport someone to the object. Can teleport to other dimension.

Those are some jutsu Rinnengan can do which are powerful.
