Well, he ran out of it because his main source of Rikudou Chakra was Obito which was gone after Obito's chakra left Kakashi's body.

not really sure why there is a thread on this when the manga has already gave an answer. the only chakra that hagoromo ever gave them was the yin/yang seals for six paths CT. they lost this after sealing kaguya. the chakra inside the seal was entirely separate from their own reserves.

The only none permanent power is the yin and yang seal, and the abilities one can use with the seals, naruto will have RSM till he dies, he is a meeting point for the bijuu, but in current fights, he does'nt need to call on the othet bijuus, kurama is enough

Sasuke still has the Tomoe Rinnegan, so obviously he retained his Rikudou Chakra.

And it wouldn't make sense for Naruto not to retain his Rikudou Chakra if Sasuke did.

The evidence that it is seperated is sasuke chidori color being white all times except when he said he would use rikudo chakra(attached to the seal)
