Theory:
1) Rikudou Sennin is relative to Whirlpool country (clan) which existed at the same time.
What brought me to this theory? Kushina mentioned special chakras, seal type shinobis in the village.
Another question which brings to this conclusion...
How the hell could Rikudou sennin withstood such power as Juubi until his death, if controlling kyuubi without such special chakras isn't so very easy?
2)Rikudou Sennin is father of Whirpool country, well one of his sons is.
What brought me here? Simple. Clans. Senju, Uchiha, etc.
They are fathers of these clans, aren't they?
We all know this part about Uchiha and Senju. So according to this theory, from which son is Whirlpool country(clan)?
If it's from younger son, then is normal for Mito to be married to Hashirama.
If it's from older son, also normal, cuz they wanted to unite everyclan, which probably Madara didn't like or even Mito was engaged to Madara before she married Hashirama.
So to elaborate first point.
We have seen that under great power, bodies can crack, but what if you possess power as Kushina? This would be Very logical explanation, why Rikudou didn't break while being first jinchuuriki to juubi. The seal weakens when woman is going to give birth to their son/daughter, but Rikudou is a man, so everything goes until the deathbed. Why didn't Rikudou make one of his Sons a jinchuuriki? probably they didn't possess a special chakras.
Which makes me believer that every fuuinjutsu whirlpool country has, comes from Rikudou Sennin. He knew about special chakras, so he though that they would controll bijuus with ease, eventually he taught them how to make seals. That's why Minato knew it. Kushina showed him.
Where is connection between Rikudou and Naruto? They are both men in long generation who techincally did controll kyuubi, between them they were women ( if i understood manga well), yeah a bit cracky, still some idea, and Seal Naruto possess, yet kyuubi reckognized Rikuodu sennin seal. If he was a relative, then it no wonder, why he possess such body, maybe body to withstand even juubi.
Where did kumogakure learn how to seal a hachibi? They have probably stolen fuuinjutsus from whirlpool countries. As they did other countries, yet i can't shake off my idea of Madara being the major culprit in war which destroyed Whirlpool country. Something is still fishy here.

What happens in case of two brothers? Why they possess spirals in their eyes? Any connection to whirlpool country?
It could be connection. So which idea would be more appropriate? Younger son or elder son? One had great body, wisdom, love other strong chakras. Maybe even both?
Well i'm not sure, need little help here. Well it would explain why Madara is so anti-senju, if Hashirama did stole his girlfirend from Whirlpool country. The sixt coffin maybe (Edo Tensei)?
Whirlpool clan must fit somewhere in, that's for sure, but where?

I think that even these question itself already have answers, just not to know which one believe to. Or in fact if any of this is true?
Then one must believe that Rikudou existed as himself, with no other people, samurais, shinobis alongside him. Very unlikely.
Maybe Rikudou married to Whirlpool shinobi, that's why two sons possess spirals in their eyes and maybe they tried to continue their mother's life. Well that's why more appropriate for this is younger son, who was driven by love and not hate.
Maybe Whirpool clan existed as 50 others. All alone for long long time, but how did they acquire fuuinjutsus? Did they stole them from Rikudou itself? Maybe those 50 clans battled over for bijuus eventually Senju won, cuz Hashirama was the right man for this job as Mokuton user.
Yeah one thing. We can hardly seek connection between Minato and Senju, so it's better to seek connection between Rikudou and Naruto by his mother side. Maybe was Rikudou her grand, grand grand etc grandpa or grand, grand, grand etc. uncle. We don't know yet. I hope we will learn truth about this.
