okay....but rinnegan blitz is faster than that.

No ,it isn't and here is why
Both of kamui and sasuke rinn shifting appears instantly ,I mean kamui barrier appears instantly on the target and sasuke appears instantly in front of/behind the target ,then it comes down to sasuke's arm movements speed and kamui warping speed
Last time I checked it up ,sasuke looked frozen when kakashi warped kaguya's bone and the portal
But if you mean that sasuke would evade kamui by his rinn shifting ,OK it depends on his reaction and the cool down

Actually I dont saw any different in speed between powerup and non powerup Kaguya either.Lol

But Zig and Zag is not a problem, because Kamui snipe is not like sniper bullet, where's sniper bullet will surely miss the target (consider the target is goku) if the target aware of it and moving before the bullet arrive.

But Kamui snipe not having a travelling bullet or a travelling bullet it self, but its activated DIRECTLY on the target, example is on Gedo Mazo.

When DMS Obito is pin pointing on Naruto, he will just kamui snipe it like that zig zag or not and Naruto will lose his targeted body.

Yes ,you have a point since kamui appears instantly
BZ said that kaguya's speed and strength overwhelme theirs after kaguya got the power up
