Ok, now, FRS. This is tougher, you have to focus a lot more of everything. But also, you have to make the wind surround the rasengan so it looks like a four-pointed shuriken. That's where most of the cutting power comes from.
*Ok I make another clone and me and three clones start to gather wind chakra inserting it and controlling it, making the shape of the four point shuriken, giving power, and everything alot more, as we shape it, we keep it under control, as we finish it we make it stronger inserting wind chakra around it*

Just like last time, you can't overload anything, and you can't lose control. This jutsu bases itself upon almost pure power, and this variation of it adds the cutting ability. But, as you should know, having a mass amount of power means absolutely nothing if you can't control it. You can even make more clones, but do whatever you must to make sure that you can harness the power that you're attempting to use, or it'll turn against you like it just did.
*Clones start with the wind rasengan, we make it then, two clones start to control the shape, while me and one clone keep it under control, as it comes in shape, the two clones then put in wind chakra to increase its power, but not too much as we control it, then as we fine it and make it not explode we keep it in control and carefully hold it in place*

Remember to evenly distribute the wind chakra through the blades of the "shuriken" as well.

Your scars seem much more severe than mine. You'll probably have to go to the hostpital after we perfect this. But try again anyway, brace yourself this time. Usually, you don't really have to think about being careful of your own jutsu, but in this case, you do.
It would be alot easier throwing it, though, I can't

The scars are a little less. Just to make sure you have it under your fingers...
*makes 10 walls of earth inbetween me and you and then I make chidori*
Make it go through all of those walls, and then have it clash with my chidori. If it can do that. Then you've got it.

^_^ You've learned the FRS. Now, I recommend you get those scars on your arms checked out at the Konoha Hospital. Using the wind rasengan, and then the FRS about three times each.... pretty deadly.
You're supposed to wait until you get everything healed at the hospital before you battle/train again. The hospital was made to make it more like Naruto, so if you train while in the hospital, you kind of defeat the purpose.

2. What is water weak against? What is it strong against? This one is easy.
3. How is water helpful to ninja? In what general situations would a ninja usually use water, or for what need?
4. What are the possible risks that you're taking when you use water? When you use water, try to tell me what you'd risk happen in battle?
5. Finally, why is water important to the world? Without water, what would happen?
