*Feels the water in the air, feels the water underneath us..*
*Begins to condense the water particles within the air and underneath us to become more like mist.. Adds more and more chakra to surround the area with mist.. Keeps adding more chakra to make it denser to where you cannot visibly see me.*

Piece of cake, eh? You need to focus as much as possible. Your chakra must spread throughout the entire terrain. For some help, you can lift of vapor from the lake over there too for even denser mist. Just do whatever you can to make the water vapor around us completely visible to the point where I can't see. So in general, spread your chakra out more before you start condensing it.

*Focuses harder on channeling my chakra all throughout the lake, then i start to vaporize the water from the lake underneath us*
*Now i start to mix the vapor from the lake with the water in the air condensing it to make it thicker to the point where you can no longer see me*

Almost. You have to remember that even after the mist is formed, you have to make sure that the chakra is completely controlled. If you don't, all of the chakra will flow out in different directions uncontrollably, resulting in the mist slowly disappearing as it just did. Just make sure that you keep the chakra controlled so that it stays in the vicinity that you need it in.

This ones pretty easy. Focus water chakra in your hand and then make it materialize in the form of a sword of water. The sword, despite being made of water, should be able to cut and stab through objects.

Well done, although... five in each hand? Honestly, there's no actual preset time limit that I know of, and so I would assume that it lasts until someone destroys it or until you dismiss the jutsu. =/

Simply put, you focus water chakra into your stomach, and then make it rush upwards and shoot out through your mouth once you've focused enough. The main thing that you have to focus on doing here is increasing the viscosity (thickness/stickiness) of the water. The main way to do that is to compress the chakra more while its within you so that when it comes out it is far more dense.
