Well. Its a very powerful element that can be created from any liquid with low enough temperatures. Oil being an exception. As Ninja It can isolate enemies, create ice storms, neutrilize an enemy without the need to kill them, also snow can isolate sound, giving us the ability to make silent kills.
You have to be focused to use this element though, as it requires focus to maintain control over both water and wind
