Ok, so we're starting with A ranks.
First is Chidori. All you have to do is focus chakra into either hand. And then start to materialize that chakra into a sharp mass of lightning that covers your hand and wrist area. If you need help channeling the chakra, then it helps to put your other hand over whichever arm you're making the chidori with.

(why a-ranks don't I need to learn from d-rank as this is my third element I haven't learned anything eles)

You automatically know everything from the lower ranks. So you already know D ranks, C ranks, and B ranks of everything with the exception of fuuinjutsu.

Remember that you're not focusing the chakra evenly like you would with rasengan, you're focusing the chakra so that at the edges and the tip it'll be sharp. If you focus it all around, well you just saw what will happen.

Ouch lol, don't worry, this is a pretty tough jutsu. Remember to keep the chakra consecutively running as you're thrusting it, don't stop the flow of the chakra just because you made the chidori, because you still need to keep it there.
(Oh and does the up to b-rank thing count for everything like all taijutsu,ninjutsu and genjutsu and my other elements...)

Ok, I want you to focus lightning chakra all around your body. Focus the lightning chakra everywhere, and then I want you to release the chakra, making lightning appear around you. As if you were using lightning armor.

xd Next, I want you to first make chidori, and then focus it into the form of a long, sharp spear. So basically, you're just lengthening the chidori.

For this, I want you have lightning spin around you, picking up wind chakra as it goes (note that even so, this isn't considered an elemental combination) and then I want you to launch the lightning towards me in the shape of a dragon, now, I want you to put some excess chakra for it's special ability, being able to jump to another target if I dodge.
*jumps up to make sure that the lightning will follow me*
*when it does I use hurricane fist to cancel it out*
