Besides that, recently on the anime we've seen the history of Jiraiya, and we saw he got his scroll from the frogs, and Jiraiya was the FIRST one ever to get there.. So there is NO POSSIBILITY that Shodaime hokage could ever posses that scroll.

actually, if you watch that again, jiraiya wasn't the first person to sign that contract.. he may have been the first to person to be in myobokuzan, but the frogs can go out into the world by themselves.. others have signed that scroll as well.. we just dont know who..

that jiraiya sama is he first child to come on toad land

but guys on toad land there were many human being's come before

remember fukasaku said to naruto that those stone of toads were the beings who didn't able to balance natural energy within them hence changed into stones
