How do they know what hat they have without talking to each other, guessing, using mirrors. U have to came up with a <b>logical explantaion</b> of how they know what hat they have.</div>

Either person #2 or #3 must speak out and say which color hat they are wearing.
If #3 looks forward and sees that #1 and #2 are wearing the same color hat then he should know that he is wearing the hat of the other color. If #1 and #2 are white then #3 knows he is black.

there cant be another explenation if u cant use mirrors or talkin to each other...

okay one man says this: i beilve i am waering a black hat sir why because the probabilty of me wearing a black hat is very high probabailty since i am the first person making it a 50% chance i have a black hat and another 50% chance i have a white hat
