Theno, you do not have a Sasuke or Kakashi bio to make no handseals or some handseals while he is attacking you, you do not even have lightning as your perk. This said, it requires you to do a minimum of eleven handseals before you can even use chidori to attack him, by then, you will have already been hit by his technique (if you have ever seen that technique, you would understand). Yes, I am taking into consideration that your making handseals while being hit with water (which is actually pretty illogical as your body is not stick onto the ground and your body is moving around by the water pressure).


Also, if you disagree and try to take a win like that,
I have to say that you have already lost by technicality.

You used two S-rank techniques your second turn. By your jutsu, you were only allowed to use B-rank and below for three turns. It is his decision if he wants to continue, or accept his win (Wins by technicality suck, but what can you do about it?).

Im happy to continue if he wants to edit himself using chidori i dont like winning by technicality but im not losing to an incorrect move either

I've been asked to check this. Both of you lack description in your moves, and both have made technical errors. I agree with gin-san on the technicality. But i will explain your last move better and in this i disagree with Gin-san a bit.

Teno used an intangible A-Rank wind blade. Reixi transformed into a waver wave to crush him. Because reixi has become intangible and thus unable to take physical damage, the wind blade would divide his mass of water into 2, making him pass by Teno without touching him, as his wind blade would overpower and cut through the wave. Thus, Teno isn't hit by the wave.

However, Teno assumes he does the Chidori right after you reform and before you use the (Hiramekarei Jishin) – Hiramekarei Quake. Chidori and Raikiri are both seen requiring 3 hand seals minimum (except for kakashi and sasuke) or, in the case of chidori, when Kakashi didn't have so much mastery over it, doing it with 9 hand seals.

The way i see it, Teno has time to do the Chidori but it will simply block the (Hiramekarei Jishin) – Hiramekarei Quake. Due to time, i think that it can only block the sword attack and not actually connect before this one does.

In my opinion you are now facing each other in short range right after each attack was blocked.

Its your choice if you continue or not since Teno already lost by a technicality
