Mangetsu bio. Hiramekarei strapped to back.

Upon entering the field, Mangetsu notes the opponent stood mid ranged from him. Choosing to opt for a quick finish and without wasting a moment Mangetsu causes a large amount of liquid caramel to seep through the earth forming in to a large spear before slamming through the opponents skull from behind hardening and becoming red hot as it does so. The motion used with caramel control is a feint as Mangetsu would raise his arm towards his blade making it appear as though he's unsheathing it when in actuality the motion is used to raise, harden and heat the caramel spear. Piercing the opponent silently as liquid caramel escapes the earth without breaking the surface due to the porous nature of earth.

It can even be used to control caramels movements in the air in the same way ninjutsu is used to control weapon movements in the air like shuriken. For example, if the user were to throw a kunai made or caramel they would be able to use this jutsu to change it's trajectory in the air.

As Mangetsu creates and shapes the liquid caramel, is able to see his chakra fluctuate ever so slightly due to his initiation of the jutsu with the Rinnegan. This, accompanied by the sloshing-like sound that would be occurring behind him in short range(as agreed) is enough to alert Nagato to the formation of a jutsu behind him, especially the fluctuation of chakra. Nagato channels chakra down his legs and releases through it a burst of chakra from his feet. This propulsion allows him to move at extremely fast speeds, which would occur as the caramel moves through the air and as Mangetsu is applying his caramel control to it to heat and harden the spear. The chakra-enhanced dash allows Nagato to dodge the spear by moving to his left and slightly diagonally(opposite direction of you), placing him mid-ranged away from his previous spot and out of the spear's trajectory(would now be long-range from you due to being mid-ranged away from my previous mid-ranged spot).

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

As Nagato's body propels through the air, he sees the spear coming towards him(as he propels himself backwards, he'd still be facing your direction). In response, Nagato releases another burst of chakra from his feet, propelling him mid-ranged into the air as the spear approaches him. This would cause the spear to fly past Nagato, allowing him to dodge it once again. As he moves up, he keeps his eye on the spear and passively activates the Asura Path, creating two other faces on either side of his head that grant him 360 degree vision. He then releases another burst of chakra by holding his hands out to the side, allowing him to push himself back towards the ground.

With this done Mangetsu with a swift hand movement would cause the caramel spear to expand in to a large sheet like shape almost like a parachute before wrapping it around the outside of the water technique to increase the binding on the opponent almost like wrapping a present, only a really shitty one.

After the target is bound the user can perform one handseal causing the caramel to heat up at great speeds burning the target/targets causing greate damage.

Note: The use can make this web any size they like

As the water swirls around Nagato, he passively activates the Deva Path and pushes from his body a tremendous amount of repulsive force. The force easily pushes through the water and proceeds towards Mangetsu as he would be making the caramel sheet. Should he continue with the sheet, he would be met by the force slamming into his body, shattering his bones and throwing him backwards.

Description:
Using the Deva Paths abilities to manipulate gravitational forces, the user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect.
Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: the technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if the logically counter.
Note: can only be used by Rinnegan bios with the (Tendō) - Deva Path active

As the Mangetsu deals with the blast, Nagato activates the Asura Path passively, transforming his feet into jet boosters, allowing him to lower himself to the floor.

(Chakura Suishin Būtsu no Jutsu) - Chakra Propulsion Boots Technique

Description: The Asura Path utilizes chakra that shoots out of his boots to propel himself in a linear direction, greatly increasing his speed. Other Rinnegan bios can also use this technique by having the Asura Path activated and producing the technique from their feet. With enough mastery, the user can even be granted flight as long as he fuels the technique. In this case however, he needs to spend chakra to sustain flight, spending a move to keep active.
Note: Can only be used through Asura Path or with it active.
