What is sharigan? Who Are its users?: Sharigan literally meaning "Mirror Wheel Eye"is a dojutsu kekkei genkai possessed by members of the uchiha clan from konohakagure, it is capable of seeing ones chakra flow, allowing the user to differentiate one type of chakra or another, it also grants the user an increased level of perception, though still slightly inferior to the byakugan in that regard, the sharigan allows one to see through genjutsu and also to cast genjutsu on an opponent. The sharingan is divided into 3 tomoe, from 1 to 3rd each giving the user increased abilities as the tomoe increases. It is now furthely broken down into the mangekyo sharigan and the eternal mangekyo sharigan, the mangekyo sharingan is awakened through the trauma experienced from the death of a person very close to the the user, on most occasions the user must have witnessed the experience first hand, some users of the sharingan are sasuke uchiha,itachi uchiha,madara uchiha, obito uchiha and shisuu uchiha.

Akainu having already found your location only to discover it was merely sasuke bunshin, as the real sasuke is out there, he once again deploys the help of his sharingan to help him to deduce your current location, he puts more effort in it this time increasing his concentration levels, he uses his sharingan to observe the chakra pattern around his environment, to be able to distinguish what from who and find out your position, at last! he spots your location after having caught a hold of your chakra pattern, which is similar to akainu by virtue of them being clan members, akainu races with full speed with his sharigan gazed on your chakra signature, trying not to lose it, akainu finally finds your location and uses his sharingan by observing your chakra pattern and signature to deduce if he is the real sasuke or just another clone, it checks out and akainu comes to a conclusion that the man which he has found hiding near the cool river ahead was sasuke.

Akainu coughing out blood from his mouth while being on the ground, decides to give it one more go at his attack, only this time he increases the level of his concentration and implores the help of his sharingan to help him to deliver a pricise blow to you, and after much anaysis and reading of sasuke body movement by akainu, he rushes in for his move with his eyes full glued to sasuke body, below the chin down-wards to be precise so as to avoid any genjutsu attacks, in last ditch effort akainu lunges in towards sasuke and upon reaching close range of him, he uses his right leg to hit sasuke on his forehead sending him flying back!

Sasuke watches his opponent arbitary movements, and as he lands, Sasuke tracks the motion of the backflip, watching as his legs tense, and he leaps backwards, Sasuke pushes forwards, keeping low and sweeping his right leg forwards continuing the sweeping motion, this happens a second after he lands on his hands.
Knocking him off balance and on to his face.

Getting better slightly, but don't just say it happens in slow motion, Sharingan tracking works by noticing the movement of the muscles to anticipate how the opponent is going to move, it doesn't literally appear in slow motion, that's just how the anime shows the reaction increase.

Akainu: Your attacks wont hit anymore, i can predict them.

As akainu makes a backflip to evade the range of sasuke attacks he watches with his sharigan sasuke body movement and steps,and sees as the joint and muscles move and contract, so using his sharingan he predicts that sasuke would perform a sweeping kick at him and he uses one hand as he does his backflip to plunge him in the air where he fully summersaults and land on his two legs!

To effectively push yourself up from that position you would need to have downwards momentum to spring back up, with that in mind the sweeping kick actually hits you before you can do all of that.
That's another issue with Sharingan knowledge, even if your eyes can follow a motion that does not inherently mean your body can counter it.

So you land on your face causing some minor damage, now come at me again.
This will keep happening till you get it right. xd
