I will start, and the terrain is a plain also. I use,

Before the fire hits my arn I release the claw and the fire shots into no where, and as you begin making your hand seals I immediately start making hand signs super quicks and use
Raikiri (Lightning Blade)

Yes but the fire does no travel to my arm in a second I can release the jutsu but if you insist Ill redo.
lol i said that ur arm was on fire look in my last post i put it in bold an anyway u dont block the fire jutsu that was aimmed at ur arm an if u read the descipit to the jutsu u would know that the fire jutsu was very large which would engulf u in flames so either way ur dead
