Rinne Tensei says hi.Sakura was busy healing Shinobi and civilians in the when Pain was attacking.I haven't read in awhile so i can't get the pages easily as i could the others but i do remember exactly where she HEALED Hinata, thus saving her life.
Rinne Tensei says hi.
The rest has been discussed countless times already.
She is a well written characterand she has always walk her ninja path right.
She is not as worse as people say it to be. Story has concentrated on her character like she actually has sad story like main characters ,being fodder and disgrace for her clan and getting inspired by Naruto and struggling to become powerful. If story had her doing some more relevant stuff instead of Sakura suddenly do things somewhere in the middle, they could have replaced with Hinata. She had KG and clan, but in the end she some how becomes Nardos wife and they made a movie to connect the dots..
Anna Kyoyama ("Sakura") is definitely less likable than Tamao Tamamura ("Hinata"), when it comes to their stand-alone personalities - yet I fully support YohAnna (btw, canon with a kid) over YohTamao (never was developed anywhere beyond her having a crush on him).
Hinata is likable mostly for how she interacts with Naruto, not so much a stand-alone character.
I mean, she is kinda nice and all, but so is Tamao - and yet I never cared about Tamao at all, while Hinata became my insta-fav during Confession, and STILL is.
Character interaction is what makes ANTI-Hinatas look like morons...
Oh my gosh will you people shut up already?! It's already done and over with! There's nothing to fight about because they were BOTH just supporters of the actual characters! There's a Hinata side and a Sakura side but NO ONE is ever going to convince the other that one is better than the other because nobody on one side gives a rat's hiney about what the other side has to say! Shut the flip up already! And all the female characters in this story were codependent and submissive. And that's a terrible way to portray a female character. The only one who had balls was Kaguya and she STILL lost.
Konan is better than all females so idgaf
Sakura exist on her own,she doesn't need a male to be relevant.

Your joking?
What main male was around Sakura during the 2 and a half years between part 1 and part 2 where she developed the most?
What male was around the 10+ chapters when she was fighting Sasori? Oh,only Sasori, who was an enemy.
Sakura exist on her own,she doesn't need a male to be relevant.
Firstly, Hinata's lack of confidence was due to her father, who treated her like a looser, however thanks to Naruto she became even more confident to the point she could take courageous action. For example, Naruto vs Pain, look at what Hinata did. When Naruto was defeated and in need of aid, she put her life on the line knowing she couldn't win. Some might argue that it was a pointless act, or quote her on her selfishness labeling it stupid. However, had no one acted, Naruto is simply captured... game over. Instead, her actions ultimately lead to Naruto being saved even if it isn't Hinata as the power behind his release (the power being Kurama).
Another example is when Neji saved Naruto, if Neji would not be on the way of those wood spears, Hinata would die - saving Naruto, 'cause she was also protecting him (she was determined to die for Naruto's sake. She was willing to die to save him, and keep the last hope the Shinobi world had from being lost.
People keep saying that Hinata only wishes for Naruto's attention, but this is not true. We know she wanted to get stronger herself. We have seen her consider the care of others: Neji, her team, and Ko for examples. While Naruto is someone she loves, these feelings stem from his inspiration and what that has done for her. To Hinata, Naruto was source of inspiration and motivation. He was able to withstand all hatred he was exposed to when he was kid, and continue to grow stronger and become more and more respected.
Hinata, having been literally abandoned by her father, wanted to grow stronger. She felt alone similarly to how Naruto was. Seeing someone in a situation she could empathize with push on and improve gave her the confidence to keep working hard herself.
You simply should have posted in the thread. Making a separate reply is making the present situation worse. I will say I agree with the things you've said, but not in the manner in which you've said them.
You should avoid drawing a comparison to Sakura. It serves no purpose. Yes it is a comparison; however, it provokes the wrong response. The overall point gets perverted into yet another stereotypical Hinata vs Sakura thread.
Here's a nicer way to argue in defense of a character.
The key to this, is that it is all focused on Hinata. No comparisons to other characters. Thus, no real room for people to feel their characters are being insulted.
Pretty mature statement. As expected by you.
Naw you don't get it. You said that she does not need male characters to be relevant. She exists on her own.
Here this is your statement.
This had nothing to do with her fight against Sasori or her development in those one to two years. But if you wanna play that game than did we see her development on screen to come to that conclusion?
Also how does her fighting Sasori defend your statement that you stated?
Now on to your statement. No that is not true. Sakura revolves around two male characters. Naruto and Sasuke. And yes she does need them to stay relevant. They are basically her whole character. Her motivation to get stronger or surpass them. Sakura never got her own arc. She is simply a one dimensional character as Hinata.
Agree with you on this post.
Literally what you've said is what I always say.
Sakura is just a character who doesn't do anything aside from rely on others and just keeps lusting over a guy that keeps beating here Lol
You are denying facts.I gave you long moments where she developed on her own without them being around.Yes,a main reason why she wanted to become stronger was for them, but they weren't the only reason.
And yes,she is relevant without them. The whole battle against Sasori, with her defeating an Akatsuki member, earning his respect, and gaining info out of him shows that she's been relevant without Naruto or Sasuke being around. She didn't need an arc based on her to show, and incase you didn't notice.
Sakura was one of the main part of the rescue Gaara arc,she was more relevant than out Main character. And from HER actions during HER battle, she gained Info for Konoha which lead to the next arc.SAKURA,led to the story developing majorly.
@Bold, This also what my post saying. You simply should have posted in the thread. Making a separate reply is making the present situation worse. I will say I agree with the things you've said, but not in the manner in which you've said them.
