Some people say it doesnt make sense that resealing yin Kurama in Naruto, can save him from the effects of having yang Kurama extracted out of him (which would result in dying instantly for a non-Uzumaki and dying after a while for an Uzumaki). The reason why some people believe it doesnt make sense is, because Minato and Kushina should have done this for Kushina back on Naruto's birthday.

I will tell you that Kishi didnt make any mistakes with this in his story.
Kurama's chakra behaves totally different when you have befriended him, compared to when you have not.
Kushina was never friends with Kurama. Kurama can only give a tiny bit of chakra when he is behind bars sealed up, compared to when the seal is open (which Naruto opened when they became friends).

When Naruto and Kurama were not friends yet, the chakra of Kurama was acting like a sort of poison to Naruto.
However, this wasnt the case anymore when Naruto and Kurama became friends.

Probably when you reseal the yin part of Kurama, into someone who has befriended Kurama and who lost the yang part, it will have a different effect for that person, compared to someone who lost the whole Kurama and who didnt befriended Kurama either.

Next to this, yin and yang is about balance. Maybe if you lose yang, you revert the effects by sealing the yin part into that person. In Kushina's case she lost the whole Kurama.

Even if we dont take all the info above into account, than there is also the matter of Minato and Kushina probably not having known about being able to save a jinchuriki, by resealing. One can wonder as well, if you can survive having a full bijou sealed into you, right after having it sealed out. There were no medics around at that time either.

Naruto passed out pretty quick, however he was much younger than Kushina when Kurama was extracted and he has been fighting in the war for days. Kushina had been giving birth and was much older than Naruto when Kurama was extracted. Kushina and Naruto are two different cases.

So if you ask me, I dont think Kishi made any error in his story with jinchuriki losing bijou and the rules that apply to jinchuriki when they lose bijous. The fact that Naruto can be saved with Yin Kurama, doesnt contradict anything.

Edit: There are exceptions to the rule.
Not everyone dies after their bijou is extracted from them.
Having the Gedo Mazo inside of you, as the Juubi jinc, makes sure you can survive.
So I wouldnt find it weird if there are more exceptions to the rule, like in Naruto's case.

How is that being lazy? It makes perfect sense that if you replace the large amount of chakra that he lost with an equal amount that it would revitalize him.

Yet the rule is when a jin is ripped out you die, don't know the scan but obito stated that this was not the case for an uzumaki due to there life force. This was said by obito while speaking to someone not sure don't remember the page.

Those could be rules for bijou who have not been befriended and who are not split up in yin and yang.
Thanks :).

.................. please dont turn this into some fairy tail friendship power saving the day crap. the fact is they die the minute they are extracted. im expecting a retcon of the manga.

Obito didnt die straight away either, due to the lifeforce of the mazo being still inside of him. Apparently there are some exceptions to the rule, that you die when a bijou is extracted out of you.

obito is still going to die, its just prolonging the inevitable, with the senju dna and mazo. in any case that doesnt help the naruto surviving case.

No that is not correct. Obito would not die if the Mazo stayed in his body.
The only reason that he will die, is because in addition to losing the Juubi, Madara removed the Mazo.

If Obito kept the Mazo, he would stay alive as you can read here.

So this IS helping the Naruto surviving case.

..ok so obito can survive, he will still die though. but you are showing 0% of any factual evidence that naruto will survive. they are completely separate scenarios

What do you mean with Obito will still die?
The Gedo Mazo makes the Juubi jin survive. It will not just prolong his life for a little while, it enables the Juubi jin to not die from the extration and survive. He could basically live on after extraction.
However, due to Madara having taken the Mazo out of Obito as well, this means Obito will die eventually.

Obito's case proves, there are exceptions to the rule. A jinc can survive and live on, without dying, after bijou extraction.
So there could be a different excepton for Naruto. Not every single jinc dies or eventually dies after a while, after extraction. The Obito case helps to create room for exceptions.

i will make this the last post because im tired of explaining this. and I want to watch gohan fight cell in peace.
when I said he will still die i didnt mean due to the bijuu extraction, he will die some other way his role is over.

I get your point but your are making assumptions based on a ENTIRELY different situation.
ok, so obito got the juubi extracted BUT the gedo mado wasn't extracted at all, so there is still part of the juubi there, or remnants of it anyway.
in narutos case the kyuubi was 100% extracted with nothing else left in him. in 100% of those scenarios the jinchuriki's died.
dont get me wrong, i expect naruto to come back to life but it will be a retcon of the manga, like how hiruzen was supposed to be the strongest hokage

I think either the befriending thing will save the day or it won't work and they'll use gedou mazou's arm..

Madara will be at the scene.. so maybe kakashi will bring them to the other dimension anyway.. (and while they're gone maybe madara will start the infinite tsukuyomi, which kakashi will know about through obito)

Not 100% but 50% of Kurama was extracted. Only the yang part.
That is why different rules could apply to Naruto.

If you want to bother replying or not while watching dbz, after dbz or not at all is your own choice.
I just had to correct this part.

Yin Kurama doesn't have the life force that Yang Kurama has how the heck is that supposed to help Naruto's life force which is at an all time low. IE not being able to beat his own heart.

Its a retcon face it, Kushina could have survived by this logic. Hence why I'm so disappointed with kishi atm. He should have used the Gedo arm, that would have actually made some damn sense.
