:naruto:Alot of people have been mentioning this but do you think that they should have put a rescue naruto arc in at this point?So that gaara could return the favour and we could see the development of the other ninja?(not just in fillers)

I'd like to see this kind of an arc because it doesn't suit Naruto's character 
Whenever we've seen Naruto, he's pretty much always been in his element (except for that Zabuza mission). He's always got that can-do attitude, or that sobby "I want sasuke back" attitude.
It'd be good to see him sort of scared, trapped... but in a different way from the kyuubi-possesion thing.

That's lame.
They mistreat him his entire life, then they suddenly start respecting him.
I guess that Kishi doesn't have much experience with mental psychology, neither do I. But I now that when someone is mistreated their entire life, they grow up to become heartless bastards. Like Gaara.
Yet Naruto is trying to protect them, I just don't understand.

oh, so he risks his life for them on a daily basis and they respect him so it's even now? i don't think so... and a lot of them only respect him when he's not even there i barely even hear (except from people he defeats in his village) a compliment from any of them
If that happened I would be reading who knows how many manga that make me unhappy. I agree it doesn't suit his character. Who exactly can stand up to the existing Akatsuki members? Naruto can now. Before, we saw around 10 shinobi be made fools when fighting Madara. No one could stand up to Pein. "Aloe Vera" we know very little about. Sasori lost only due to inside knowledge about his puppets and his poison. No one is a match for Sasuke except the ones mentioned above and in Akatsuki. The list goes on. I find Shino's bugs cool, but his personality annoying, so if Naruto is captured I hope the bugs catch Ameratsu.

Polls seem fairly even though so there are people out there that wanted to see it....i don't think its the rescue arc as per say that they would like to see i think they just want to see more of the other shinobi and how they have developed as we haven't seen too much of them accept in fillers....
but this is just my opinion and im sure as hell not the only one that voted for yes i would have liked to see it....
